2025 Canada OSPAs Winners Announced

The winners of the 2025 Canada Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) were revealed during a virtual ceremony on Thursday 27th November 2025. 

Once again this year, winners from 7 of the categories will be featured in the 2nd Global OSPAs set to take place in 2026! Winners of these categories will automatically qualify for the global competition. The winner of Lifetime Achievement award will be inducted into the Security Hall of Fame.

Outstanding In-House Security Manager/Director

Winning this award reinforces my passion for the security industry and encourages me to continue raising standards, mentoring others, and contributing to safer, stronger communities. I look forward to keeping the OSPAs updated on the positive impact this recognition has on my career, professional development, and ongoing contributions to the field.
